Hey I'm Bianca, a Chaldean-American art director, photographer and storyteller.

I grew up between cultures, which basically means I learned early how powerful storytelling can be. It’s also why representation matters so much to me (especially creating space for women and women of color) to have a voice in advertising.

I fell in love with art at 14 when I picked up a camera and realized you could freeze emotion in one frame. Fwd a bit, and that obsession turned into a career in advertising, design, and any place where storytelling happens.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the best ideas don’t just look good, they work in the real world. I care deeply about the concept, but I’m just as invested in how it gets made. I’m comfortable leading shoots, building shot lists, and staying calm when the shot list changes for the third time (because it always does).
